Something for those with a sweet tooth. Who doesn’t like fudge, so who wouldn’t love a healthy fudge topping for their desserts.

Baobab Fudge topping with home made granola and fruits.

Ingredients

 

  • 30 – 40 g Baobab Powder
  • 2 knobs of butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons honey

 

Method

Melt the butter in a pan on low to medium heat. Add the Baobab Powder to the butter and mix similarly to Béchamel. Break up large clumps with wooden spoon. Add milk and honey slowly whilst mixing, use whisk if needed or elbow grease. Allow to simmer but not boil for 2 – 3 minuets. Let cool then add to dessert. Other milks work as well as cows mild e.g. Almond, Oat and Rice
