This great little recipe is quick to make and ohh so tasty. It makes between 15 to 20 cookies depending on size, or even 1 very large cookie.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 170g Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 57g Baobab Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 57g Oat Flour
  • 125g  Oat Flakes/ Rolled Oats
  • 1 hand full of Raisins or Nuts or other dried fruit. Use your imagination!

Method:

Preheat your oven to 175 C. Whisk all wet ingredients together first, then sift all dry ingredients. Mix together all dry and wet ingredients. It will become a very sticky mess. Then, spoon or fork small amounts of the mixture onto baking paper, pop it into the middle of the oven and wait 15 minutes. Take out and allow to cool.
